Inclusion provides private occupational therapy assessments across London and throughout the UK, supporting individuals, families and case managers in getting the right recommendations and reports in place.

Our London private OT services include:

• Functional assessments and case management for people with disabilities, with detailed reports covering equipment, adaptations and rehabilitation options

• Housing needs assessments to support clients going through the rehousing process

• Specialist equipment and adaptations reports, available either as a one-off assessment with recommendations or as a full project management package covering the design and oversight of the adaptations process

• Vocational rehabilitation assessments and support with returning to work

• Medico-legal casework and expert witness reports for solicitors and case managers

• Independent OT assessments in cases of review, complaint or potential litigation
