Kent Best Of The Best Awards
Inclusion.Me Wins More Awards!
As part of an ongoing search for the most promising and inspiring small businesses in the country, the winners have been announced for the Best of the Best Business Awards 2013.
Matthew Box, 39, an Occupational Therapist (OT) and the director of Inclusion.Me Ltd, has been chosen from amongst hundreds of entries by an independent panel of expert business judges as the winner of the Kent Outstanding Entrepreneur category, having built Inclusion.Me into a thriving business which seems destined for even greater things in the coming months.
Matthew, who has spent almost half of his life developing his skills as an Occupational Therapist, owns and runs Inclusion.Me with his wife Gwen and business partner Walter Brazil. The company, which has six permanent employees, works with over 50 external OTs to enable the company to offer its specialist services nationwide.
The work undertaken divides into two main areas: Occupational Therapy on behalf of the public and private sectors, with clients including the City Of London and Kent County Council; and disability access audits for businesses, such as top London department store Selfridges in Oxford Street.
Regarding Matthew’s Outstanding Entrepreneur award, the Chairman Of The Judges stated:
“Originally an Occupational Therapist, Matthew Box has opened the entrepreneurial doors, and in only four years Inclusion.Me has attracted a wide spread of customers in the public and private sectors. Achieving commercial success in the area of Occupational Therapy is tough going but Matthew Box has proved he has the drive, ambition and determination to turn Inclusion.Me into a great business that provides a vital service in the community. It’s still early days for Matthew so watch this space for more brilliant achievements.”
Alongside this admirable achievement, Inclusion.Me Ltd were also overjoyed to receive a second award for the Best Customer Service category based upon the exceptional feedback received from 2 customer service survey initiatives. The Chairman Of The Judges said:
"Inclusion.Me, a private provider of occupational therapy services and disability access auditing, has built up a strong business in less than four years by focusing on quality and providing an exceptional level of customer service. The feedback from all clients is outstanding with many voluntarily awarding the company 10 out of 10 for service. Clients are clearly impressed and happy with the service. Now it is well established in the marketplace, the company plans to expand its range of services and is on track for even greater success.”
Mr Box, who lives with his wife and two young daughters in Tunbridge Wells, explained: “A lot of our work involves helping to improve a persons functional independence, for example providing independent expertise around adapting a home or work environment where an individual might be struggling following a road traffic accident or stroke.
I’m obviously overjoyed to receive my award (even if it does look a bit like a tombstone!), but I’m even more excited about the customer service award as it recognises the continual hard work and commitment our team have put into making sure our clients receive the best service possible from Inclusion.Me.”
As part of the award Inclusion.Me will now receive a series of marketing & PR mentoring sessions and Matthew has also been invited to join the judging panel for next years awards competition.
