Isobel’s work experience week with Inclusion

I enjoyed my week with Inclusion and found the team to be welcoming, friendly, helpful and willing to answer my questions.

During my week, I accompanied Matthew on several home visits, both in Kent and in London. I was able to meet some of his clients, who have varying needs and medical conditions requiring the support of occupational therapists.

Occupational therapy is hugely varied and provides an essential liaison between individuals and health and social care services. It provides practical solutions, advice and support. Occupational therapy is obviously very diverse and interesting. My week with Inclusion has confirmed that I would like to be an occupational therapist myself.
