A: Yes very much so

Q: Were the assessment / report recommendations easy to understand and apply in your situation?

A: Yes

Q: Did you feel the assessment and it’s recommendations were good value for money?

A: Yes

Q: Did you feel that the assessment was comprehensive enough?

A: Yes

Q: Did you feel there was enough product and equipment information?

A: Yes with appropriate information and drawings which will be kept on tenant’s file should she later ask for additional rails, etc

Q: Any others comments?

A: I am happy to have made this contact, given that we only house those of pensionable age

Q: Would you recommend Inclusion to others?
