Blue Badge & Concessionary Travel Independent Mobility Assessment Services

The Government's reform of the Blue Badge scheme is the most comprehensive of the last 40 years. Inclusion has launched a set of services to help local authorities and boroughs respond to these major changes.

We help local authorities provide a reliable, professional and cost-effective Blue Badge service both through in-house and outsourced models. We also provide Independent Mobility Assessors to carry out discretionary assessments, which have previously been carried out by GPs. We can also help by just providing cost effective training packages to help you ensure your in-house staff are fully supported in their new IMA role.

We are already helping Kent County Council to set up their new Blue Badge services, providing them with Independent Mobility Assessors, assisting in their training program and taking on a key planning role for their in-house service.
